For Service Appointments, please describe your HVAC issue in the next window, under appointment notes. This will better prepare the technician prior to arrival for your service. Appointments are scheduled in two (2) hour windows from the start time. This means the technician will arrive at you location within that 2 hour time frame (Ex: If you schedule an appointment at 4pm, the window will be from 4pm to 6pm that the technician will arrive).
